West Pointe Duplexes

The design for West Pointe Duplexes was a result of the client’s desire for affordable yet contemporary living units to meet the needs of the community. The single sloped roof, loft with cable railing and generous glass window wall at the front help to make these units stand out from the norm. Different color schemes provide variation between the units while allowing the developer to use the same plan, thereby keeping cost down. All the units were rented before completion of construction.
