Dwayne Brittell, Senior Architect, was commissioned to provide full service architectural design for this professional office complex in downtown Newberg. The three Owner/Brothers house their residential/commercial construction, real estate, and developers firms in the building and lease out additional spaces to a mortgage company and an attorney’s firm. The “Oregon Rustic” design style is highlighted with natural rough sawn and hewn cedar siding, rough sawn wood beams, stone veneer and wood facades on two levels.
